緊急停車系統

緊急停車系統由車載機箱、車載天線箱以及地面標簽三部分組成。列車行進過程中,安裝于車頭下方的車載天線會建立一個特定頻率的磁場,當列車駛近地面標簽時,地面標簽被車載天線發出的射頻能量所激活,發出特定的信息并通過車載天線箱傳送至車載機箱。車載機箱顯示并記錄故障情況的同時,使列車緊急制動,可有效避免由于人為操作失誤所造成的事故。

    在列車的兩端各安裝一套緊急停車系統,兩套系統同時且獨立工作。車載天線箱內裝有天線,箱體懸掛安裝于列車兩端底部的專用支架上,并通過同軸電纜與車載機箱連接。系統采用射頻識別技術(RFID),工作頻率不與現場其他頻率沖突;地面標簽安裝于軌道內,無需電源供電。車載機箱內安裝有兩個完全相同的單元,正常情況下僅一個單元工作,一旦發生故障,系統自動切換到另一單元工作,保證了設備的可靠性。 

     

      The emergency stop system is composed of a chassis, an antenna box and a trackside tag three parts. When the train is moving, antenna below the headstock will build a specific frequency magnetic field, which is equal to the magnetic fields emitted by mounted antenna, trackside tag will be activated by RF energy from mounted antenna, giving a specific signal, then the signal will be transmitted to chassis through mounted antenna, meanwhile the chassis display, record faults, and make the train emergency brake, which can effectively avoid the accidents caused by manual error.

      Each end of the train is installed an emergency stop system, two sets of systems work at the same time independently. The antenna is arranged in the box, and the box is suspended arranged on the special support bracket at both ends of the train, connected with the chassis through the coaxial cable. The system adopts radio frequency identification technology (RFID), working frequency is not conflict with the other frequency at the spot. The tag is installed on the track without power supply. The chassis has two identical units inside, in normal condition only one unit is on. Once fault occurs, system will automatically switch to the other unit; ensuring the reliability of the equipment.
