障礙物及脫軌檢測裝置是一種具有實時檢測功能，并能評估障礙物威脅程度的機械式軌道列車?；ぷ爸?。該裝置由機械系統和電氣系統兩部分組成，機械系統是安裝于列車轉向架上的探測裝置，電氣系統為安裝于列車電氣柜內的車載機箱，系統間由電纜連接。列車在運行過程中，當檢測橫梁碰撞到障礙物并且位移到達一定數值時，將會觸發限位傳感器；當要發生脫軌時，將會觸發接近傳感器。上述兩種情況所產生的信號均會傳遞給電氣系統使列車產生緊急制動，并由TCMS（Train Control & Monitoring System）上傳至控制中心。
Obstacle & Derailment Detector(ODD)is a kind of mechanical rail train protection device that can evaluate the threat of obstacles with real-time detection function. The device is composed of mechanical system and electrical system, mechanical system is detection device installed on the frame of the train, electrical system is train chassis installed inside the electrical cabinet in the train, the two systems are connected by cables. When the train is running, the limit sensor will be triggered when the beam detects obstacles existing meanwhile the displacement reaches a certain value, the proximity sensor will be triggered when derailment is occurred. The signals generated by these two cases are transmitted to the electrical system and make the train brake emergency, and then be uploaded to the control center by TCMS (Control Monitoring & System Train).
The product is simple in structure, the weight is no more than 70kg, and it does not occupy the space of the train tunnel. In addition, the input module, power supply module and control module of the electrical system adopt double redundancy design, so if one side lose effectiveness, it can also guarantee the system effective, this ensures the reliability of the system.
