非接觸式障礙物檢測——毫米波雷達

    城市地面軌道交通的運營線路通常采用共享路權的模式,這種模式下會出現行人不遵守交通規則、社會車輛占用有軌列車車道等一系列路面突發狀況,單純依靠駕駛員人工瞭望無法保障運行安全,地面軌道交通事故時有發生。

        非接觸式障礙物檢測系統(毫米波雷達)是一種探測地面軌道列車前方100米范圍內運動目標的障礙物檢測系統。系統由車載檢測裝置和車載控制主機兩部分組成。車載檢測裝置采用遠、近距離雙毫米波雷達傳感器進行檢測,遠距離毫米波雷達主要針對列車前方100米范圍內障礙物進行探測,近距離毫米波雷達則針對50米范圍內列車周邊更廣區域進行二次探測,檢測數據通過線纜傳輸給車載主機。當檢測到的障礙物尺寸超過設定閾值,車載控制主機輸出聲光報警信號,給予駕駛員示警。

       毫米波雷達具有全天候工作的特點,能夠探測目標的距離、速度、角度等多維參數信息。雙毫米波雷達則保證了障礙物探測信息的準確性,從而大大提高了系統的可靠性。

    The operation line of urban ground rail transit usually adopts the mode of sharing road rights. Simply relying on the manual observation of the driver can not guarantee the safety of operation, ground rail traffic accidents occur from time to time.

        Non-contact obstacle detection system (millimeter-wave radar) is a kind of obstacle detection system which detects the moving target within 100 meters ahead of the ground track train. The system consists of two parts: the on-board detection device and the on-board control main engine. The on-board detection device using remote and close range dual millimeter wave radar sensor for detection, and the long-range millimeter-wave radar is mainly used to detect obstacles within 100 meters in front of the train. The millimeter-wave radar at close range carries on the second detection to the wider area around the train in the range of 50 meters, and the detection data is transmitted to the main engine of the vehicle through the cable. When the size of the detected obstacle exceeds the set threshold. Vehicle control host output acousto-optic alarm signal to the driver warning.

        Millimeter-wave radar has the characteristics of all-weather operation, it can detect multi-dimensional parameter information such as distance, velocity and angle of target, while dual-millimeter-wave radar ensures the accuracy of obstacle detection information. Thus, the reliability of the system is greatly improved.
